A frustration is an emotion that is a result of not achieving a desired goal. The reason frustration has emerged is the person has taken an action that did not work. The feeling of being stuck wondering what to do next will result in frustration. Frustration will be felt by someone has tried all options they can think of and all those attempts have failed.
Very often frustration is accompanied by fear. A a prolonged frustration can turn to fear when we become certain that there is no answer to our problem.
The purpose of this blog is to help leaders resolve conflict, deal with employees unwilling to change, resolve and eliminate customer complaints, deal with unmotivated employees, and any other frustrations leaders experience when running an organization.
